Architecture & designed structure of flats are good. There is lot of greenery & enough parking space.nnIn negative side I would like to add that there is lack of power back up facility for flats from maintenance side, so you must have your own inverter & battery.

We just moved in here and our experience is only pathetic. There's a huge problem of electricity over here. There have been several instances where there is no current during the whole night in the peak of summer. There's no permanent solution to a break down and sometimes there are multiple breakdowns in a day. In this period when there's work from home and summer is at its peak, frequent power cuts have made the situation only worse.nThese days even small towns and villages have better electricity supply than this vatika socity. Extremely pathetic!!nnRegret staying here..

A well planned housing Colony in Gurgaon, will sanitized, and social distance maintained, and wearing of masks by all. All good.
