Incorrect property details, they don't want to correct it or don't know hot to create a simple app algorithm and filters, asking for security check again and again no correction has been done from 10 years same fake information wasting time

Fraud, thief, 420, cheaters,highly unproffessional people..i paid approx 40 lacs in last 10 months but the service provided by them was absolutely zero and their staff Mr. Munish Verma and his Jr. Team member are not responding to any of my complaints all my reminders have been futile .it is my humble request to everyone that please don't go by their charming talks as they do not deliver what they have committed .

Worst service received from one of the property dealer I contacted through 99acres. They charged me 500 rs just to show the properties( which was not mentioned anywhere on the site). Out of which 250 was refundable. After roaming around for 2 and a half hour or so they show us only 3 properties which did not at all match our choices even though we explained everything beforehand. They seemed very reluntant while showing the properties. They took us to several other property dealers to check for more information. At the end we got a sense like they might not have much to show us, hence, we came back and asked for tge refund. The attitude of each individual got changed the moment we asked for the refund. A guy comes to the room who seems like in drugs as his eyes were all red and was talking in a way which does not seems normal to me. He said they have this policy which says they can only return the money after 6pm through Paytm. This was not told to us while we paid the money on cash. They started to mis behave with us. I got a sense which made me leave the place as soon as I can. This made me think twice now to trust any of these sites as they did not show the property looking at which I contacted them at the first place. It was like that house did not exist at all. I felt like something fishy was going on there in the shadow of propery dealer.

Very ridiculous customer service, they will never contact back once registered and payment maid for paid advertisement even after many follow-up no one contacted me back.nThis is regards to Platinum Listing ID - S43356233nnTry any other Property Website but not 99 Acers.
