Keys Select Hotel Malabar Gate

Stayed one night on January 2, 2021. Walked in to reception and enquired about room availability. The reception staff were polite and the check in was smooth. There is a small car parking area in front of the hotel. The entrance is not very impressive and could be better lit and neater. The room was spacious and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well and there were no issues.nThe breakfast was average and some items were not replenished in time. Check out was fast. Overall a good experience.

Great place to stay. 24 hrs checkout is a superb facility that they offer.

I had very bad experience, AC was not working. Informed staff, they tried, but not able to fix, nor helped in change in room .

Service is bad!! Restaurant dinner menu was ok, but quality was bad!! Corridor lighting was off as well the lobby area!! No bell boy support as well! Room was ok!! But no where compared to the regular KEYS franchise
