Earlier maintenance team was visiting regularly at monthly intervals. Now the service is worsen to great extent. No picking up of phone calls by respective employees. No regularity is maintained. Shocking change.

If zero star option was available i would rather give them zero ratings . First of all i am a builder by profession i have preordered 3 lifts from johnson lifts in which i have installed one and made 95% payment done for it.After experiencing the late installation process i decided to cancel the remaining orders and It took the johnson guys one month for cancellation and even then deducted they 90% of my advance for the lifts even when the drawing of anything has been prepared . When i call the regional the head Mr Ghirke Nagpur branch and i mention i am calling from this this company he just shut down my call and didnt pick up when i call back .Such a fraud and unprofessional behaviour from staff feels like i got looted. Never go for this company waste of money + time . I would highly not recommend this for any market use.

Worst ever experience with Jhonson lifts....no honour for words and commitment last moment refusal for work....no advance intimation over all a very unprofessional attitude form all Raipur brance staff....cancelling all remaining 10 lifts order, upcoming 46 mrl home lifts and a G + 10 11 building order....

Worst service, being an end user, delivery of lift is delayed by minimum 1 month. Rahul from Sales dept. Nagpur had a mail trail with me 14 times and atlast directed me with reply that he is not liable to give answers.
