We went her for the first time and celebrated our 21st year Anniversary. The staff was very respectful, polite and tried to cater to our every need including housekeeping, front clerk staff. Restaurant staff and casino staff. We spent five days there and it was great. This is a great place to get away, relax and not too costly. Our room was very clean and spacious. We didn't ask for housekeeping to daily clean our room but whenever we needed anything, they provided immediately. The service was great. I highly recommend this place. We already told our friends and families about our stay. Also the room service wait was no more than 20 minutes. The food was good too.

Spent the weekend here for the 1st time to celebrate my wife's birthday. The casino is small but nice. Our hotel room well the bedding was dirty and had hair all over it but housekeeping did come and change out the bedding quickly. The restaurants didn't have many choices for someone with food allergies but the staff did try their best. I booked a massage for my wife over a week in advance (since I read reviews saying it was hard to book massages on the same day) and on our way to the casino we got a call to let us know that my wife's massage was canceled because they were overbooked.

Enjoyed our short getaway stay. Better than I expected. A little disappointed that the staff did not wear masks. Felt they should still be more COVID conscientious. Many guests didn’t wear masks either. But we had ours! Overall the service was average and most of the staff were friendly. Spa is limited with its services, but I had a good massage. The casino is small, but we are not big gamblers. Did I say I won $$, yes I did! It was clean and the grounds were well maintained. The scenery is beautiful and the golf course was nice. We’ll go back just for that.

My wife and I went to Rocky Gap for our 11 year anniversary. We got there and had a great first night. The staff was very friendly. The next morning how ever we found ants in our room and the toilet handle was broken. I went down to talk to the manager on duty. It was 6 am so I had to wait till 8 am. That's was fine but when she came in it felt like I was disturbing her. I told her the problems and she could not move us. It felt as if she just brushed us off. The toilet got fixed but there were ants. They sent two women up to fix it. They sprayed cleaner around were the ants were and vacuumed for a second. Needless to say that did nothing. We would have left but we had lunch there. I eat a pizza from one of their restaurants and got sick for the rest of the day and night. We left as early as possible. The worst thing is they offered use 10 dollars in slots to resolve the issue needless to say we said no. My wife and I weren't aloud to go anywhere for our 10 year anniversary because of covid19. She also works in the medical field. For the price we paid this was horrible. I have videos and pictures of everything. We stayed on May 21st through the 23rd.
