College condition is so bad and toilets are very dirty zero facilities in this college, fans are not working.

It is a good collage,behavior of principal sir is good. I had alloted diploma in electrical engineering ,due to lack of funds, I couldn't get admission. Because I haven't sufficient money and I am residents of up so can't get benefits of fws. I had refund my admission.
