Best in hospitality.nOur overall experience of 4 night stay is excellent. Our stay is very pleasant and comfortable. The staff is very polite and helpful. The location of hotel is very convenient for getting around in Lahore. It is near to MM ALAM Road so there's a walking distance to every thing.nThe breakfast is top notch with a lot of variety and dining in room is awesome.nRooms are well well designed, comfortable and most importantly very neat and cleannGood work team!

Rooms are the best in this city. Food is delicious. Staff is well trained and courteous. Cant beat their services in given price range. Definitely a must go if you are staying in lahore. There is not much of a view due to location but its almost center of the city and looks can be subjective! and besides in metropolitan views are almost alike.

Very detail oriented staff, excellent room service and clean spaces created inside the rooms or outside. Food, however was disappointing and could be improved. I wish to see them spending as much energies and efforts on diversity, taste and quality of breakfast and tea just as they seem to be doing so well elsewhere. I also get that this can be construed subjective as different people tend to be different in terms of less forgiving, more critical or observant of finer things so I'd leave it there and let them see what they can do with this.nnI wish them best as they have created a very good alternative to big hotels but few things improving could take them to more heights, I am sure.

Ramada's Hi-tea is totally recommended. Food taste is really delicious, but they need to add some cold drink options as well. Desserts was to die forud83dude0bEnvironment is peaceful. Staff member's behaviour is too good. Overall good service. Keep it up.

Extremely professional and courteous staff. Very comfortable and cozy rooms, excellent food and great location. Nosheen and other staff members were very helpful during my stay.
