It was a great experience with the staff being very polite and helpful...nnThe food from restaurant was fantastic and breakfast here is a must try..nnFront office Gurjit was very helpful and also provided me details of conveyance to travel in city..

Good hotel in a busy location. Great staff and prompt service. Nice and cosy rooms.nnParking wasn't sheltered, a bit disappointed by that.

Nice hotel.I personally booked this hotel as a substitute of holiday inn because I was in Amritsar for only 1 day.To my surprise the hotel services came out to be nice and friendly.I ordered mixed paratha with butter on ny arrival and it was delicious.I took iron services from them and they gave me excellent service in return.great experience

Overall ok ok experience. They didn't provide slippers and ambiance is ok. It is good on terms of cleanliness.
