Horrible experience. I took my baby bird here and they knew nothing about birds. You could easily tell by listening to their conversation. They prescribed some stupid multi vitamin for a sick baby bird. She died that evening.

Went there twice... Horrible experience... The clinic is not for cats at all!! Doctor had No clue How to handle a cat and couldn't diagnose even simple problem.nGrooming center is terrible! They cut my cat thrice while trimming her. There was No staff to handle her. On top of it they had allowed a barking dog for a shower at the same time (with No muzzle) and my cat was legit traumatized. No care of hygiene as wellnI will not recommend the clinic!

Pathetic..... They don't even know how to insert spatula..... They have shaved all 4 legs of my dog but didn't able to find the nerve..... After this experiment they said there is no need of drip. If there is no need why they have shaved my dog legs and try to insert. He still have a lump on his leg because they don't know, where the nerves locates because they are not professional they just doing experiments with dogs. After all these thing they have charged me 700 rupees. They are just making money don't visit this place pleaseud83dude4f. I have asked them why you were not able to insert spatula properly, they said chowchow breed have some problems that's why we are not able to do so..... That was hilarious concealing that they don't know how to do things. Putting blame on the breed.

They really pay attention to the pet and make sure the pets are not in any pain. For everyone in Panchkula, would highly recommend them as they are humble, and amazing at trearing pets
