The Fern, hotel in Jaipur is providing excellent services. All the staff members having good nature. They do guest welcome very properly. Restaurant service Available here with tasty food menu. And I will thanks to Mr. Deepak Sahu (food & Beverage service) This man is very good and his service is very good, I hope that all the other staff will also be like him. This hotel is near the airport so it’s good option for businessmen. I recommend to all stay once here, definitely you will love this hotel. Thanks to the fern hotel for such type services.

- pointn1. Mattresses were slipping away from the bed and a space got created between the mattress.n2. Poor house keeping. : Waited for more than 2 hour to get water bottle. Called multiple times to reception house keeping etc.n3. No control for room temperature. Panel for control not working.n4. Food too expensive.n5. All the rust is under thebed..so unhygienic.n+ PointnProvided early check-in although waited at reception desk for an hour.

It's a business hotel. Beautiful hotel in the area where you can find many similar hotels around. Taking good care in epidemic time at the reception. Rooms are small but good, clean and with all the modern facilities. The beds are small and mattress was too soft for me.Room service was bit slow but that's usual with most of the hotels. Staff was courteous. Didn't get hot water in bath early in the morning, only complaint.

Very good place to stay.. Beautiful rooms... Nice restaurant.. Food quality is very good. Staff is very polite and helpful.nAmazing view from roof top pool.nStay was very comfortable.

Stayed with my wife for two nights on new year 2020. Found our rooms to be neat and clean. The bed I didn’t like, it was too soft for me. The length wasn’t 6 feet either. I am 6 feet tall and my foot was out on the edge.nnThe rooftop pool looks fantastic. There was live performer as well, he sang good. Dinner was a bit costly though.nnOverall nice experience.
