The hotel has good ambience and the food is also amazing. Also, there is good arrangement for wheelchair accessible. The staff is also very helpful and cooperative. Although it was difficult to find washrooms other then in the hotel rooms.

Property is good, food is good, but extremely poor service and lazy attitude of staff makes the overall experience very poor.nnWe checked into their penthouse, which had problems. They moved us to a different room, which took more than an hour to sort. And when we asked for lunch, they said the timing is over and they can't serve, which was ridiculous as we had meals on board on our stay. Pathetic experience and very poor service. On top of that, the manager's attitude was extremely disrespectful. The manager, Virej, did not try to mend the situation, but waited for us to complain about all of this and more, and then he simply said he was aware about the situations, and asked us what we wanted him to do. A manager proposes solution, not ask for it from customers. Very poorly managed property.
