I purchased a villa from this group in prime ville, the quality of the doors, paint, accessories used is worst than third class, moreover the builder committed for clubhouse, water treatment, rain water harvesting, running water in tabs, park. Nothing delivered, he took money from us for clubhouse membership in advance and also for 5 years of maintenance of the society, but started demanding for maintenance money within 2 years.nnWe are left with no choice but to fight for our rights legally. Chordia is CHOR. Do not indulge in any type of dealing with this group.

if you value your money.. donot invest in this builder. as a person we invest our earned money to build a home. This builder only value his moneynNot at all professional on keeping his words on the signed agreement. our society is struggling to get what we paid for.

Just false promises, bad quality construction. Missing amenities. I urge everyone not to deal with this builder. You will just feel cheated.

They promise lots while selling apartment & villas. But never fullfill their promise.

They aren't responsive at all.... every thing they assign to their staff and give their numbers to clients and never review over their performance...on the other hand staff is ill mannered with zero etiquettes....they don't take responsibility for leftover work in your house...even when they take full money and promise to get it done ASAP....even management also talk badly and say you get it done on your own we will pay you....and if you do it they will take months n months but won't pay whatever you pay from your own.... Buying a house for someone can be a dream for life time...but they ruin this dream of a middle class person and just treat it as pure business.nLast but not least...nPoor construction quality....lack of supervision after each stage of construction....lack of architectural things....and yes lack of good communication and responsiveness...nIf you are looking for a house of your dreams and want to enter with lot of happiness in it...I would suggest never ever go with this group.
