Sandy Springs Locksmith was a pleasure to work with. Burt, Isaac, and Daniel were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Isaac was extremely responsive to all of my questions and went above and beyond to cover all of my needs. Daniel did a great job with the install and was incredibly fast. I highly recommend this company. I'd definitely do business with them again.
We have an old/antique cabinet that we'd lost the key for. Nothing worked to get it open, and the other locksmith we'd hired to change other locks also couldn't get it open. Daniel from Sandy Springs Locksmith was amazing! He not only got it open without damaging the lock, but we now have a key that works! We will definitely use Daniel and his company again.
Was told they could help me. Called. Said they could help me. Made the drive. Couldn’t figure out the key type for my tool box. Guy was nice enough to pick the lock so I could at least have access to my tools. Didn’t even charge me. Told me to come back in the afternoon and they’d fix me up. Went back. Guy tried 4 or 5 different blanks and basically told me good luck. Went to ProTech Lock and Safe in Lilburn and had 2 keys in literally 10 minutes.
These guys are always super helpful. They are always able to solve my problems in a thorough and timely manner. Anytime I have any needs for locks on my car to be looked at or anything pertaining to their business in general, they will be the first I call.
