We had to have our ancient alarm system upgraded. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and willing to answer any questions we had and to make suggestions on what would meet our needs in the new setup. I would highly recommend Floyd Total Security. Super all the way!

I asked to have all my door handles and locks checked. Doug did a fabulous job. he was informative, friendly and very efficient. Floyd put in all my locks 14 years ago. I trust them for my security. Thank you Doug, and all the staff that makes Floyd's Security a trusted company to call when a service is needed.

The install technician AJ showed up on time and kept me informed on what he was doing. He followed up that evening with a phone call which we appreciated as we did have a few questions which he was able to answer. All in all a really great experience.

I had a horrible experience with Floyd. They came out tore out old security system to put in a new one. At the end of day one he was going to leave without having new security system going! Over the next week to 2 weeks they were having all kinds of issues. Had to call constantly and they had no sense of urgency. The staff was Rude, combative, argumentative and uninformative! There training was poor and Communication was non existent. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!
