I am a buyer of ATS LG PHASE 1nnI purchased this flat from Bullmen Realty I was told that ATS is best builder and you can trust us your flat will be delivered till August 2020 and if there will be any delay from builder we are here to help you, but now situation is different Bullmen Realty is not answering my call and builder is saying we do not have money to complete the project

I have similar experience, where I have booked the flat in Kolte Patil Itower Exente, Bangalore, through Bullmen Realty (Mr. Raj Kumar Lal) in 2020. They committed to provide credit note of INR 50000/-, but even after 1 year also they haven't fulfilled their commitment. Doing continuous follow-ups, but no use.

I booked my flat B-054 in Gulshan Bellina in July 2019, through Bullmen Realty (Mr Harish), they committed for credit note of amount 50000/- after completing booking amount. Till today, they are making different excuses and also not ready to fulfill their commitment. Even Gulshan homz is not willing to support Customers of Bullmen Realty...nNo one cares about their commitment, once you paid the booking amount because they got their brokerage. Bullmen reality has nothing to do now as you are neither too politically nor economically strong to take up them in either ways.nPlease be aware of such brokers like Bullmen reality...I request you please have a look on Google reviews before any booking from so called reality partners...I call them reality brokers.nBe aware of such .....
