Had a small emergency, answered the phone straight away, was available within 45 minutes, gave me a estimate price over then phone (well priced). When he arrived he managed to resolve the issue in less then 15 minutes without replacing anything and didn't charge me for it. Top service!

An amazing service from beginning to end. After my front door lock broke with no way to secure it for the night, one of my neighbours recommended Lockmaster in Coalville. I called at 8pm to see if they could help and Richard came out within an hour and fixed the door. Richard was polite, friendly and extremely efficient. The door was fixed and working perfectly in less than 45 minutes and the cost was less than I was expecting. Excellent service. 100% recommendation.

Came out same day ..(sat morning) identified that lock had failed on old alluminium door but managed to find replacement lock and fitted new barrel . Friendly and fast service and very happy with price .
