I just want to begin by saying that I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this company today left me feeling intimidated and undermined. As a woman, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable.nA locksmith came to my property a few days ago to diagnose an issue with my front door lock. When I asked what the problem was he didn't tell me but as soon as my boyfriend came into the room he was full of explanations. Two days later he returned and spent 2 hours trying to fix my lock, once he left I went to lock the door and it wasn't working. He came back but couldn't sort it.nHis supervisor then came to sort the problem. He was rude, talked down to me, talked over me and his tone was confrontational, it felt as though he were blaming ME for the dodgy job and not his employee.nDespite their behaviour, I continued to be polite and grateful, but once they'd finally finished (after spending a further 1.5 hours here), the supervisor left without a thank you, an apology or even a goodbye. I paid a lot of money and I'm shocked by their lack customer service. I am a woman in my mid-twenties, so I dread to think how they would treat a more vulnerable customer.

I contacted Fidelis security on Sunday morning when I locked myself out, fortunately I had my phone with me, and I gave a call to Cameron, and explained the situation. Cameron came in about 15 minutes and assessed the situation and explained all the possibilities and the outcomes with quote upfront. And with no damage to the door, the door was unlocked.nThanks to Fidelis security for reasonable price and helping me out.

Cameron is a dedicated professional, with a detailed knowledge of his craft. He takes a lot of care and pride in his work and has given me some great advice.

Highly recommend these guys. Have used on several occasions. Service is second to none.

After running over my electronic van key and breaking a chip inside, Fidelis did a great job of re chipping it for me, coding etc. Fantastic quick service and a very reasonable cost. Can't recommend them enough!nThanks the Fidelis team.
