I bought an old house in town and went to the big box store for a new lock. None fit the 1943 design of the old lock. Coming in - the owner marveled at how well the old lock was made versus new ones and said he could Re-key the old Dexter lock - which was working smoothly and in as good a shape as ever after more than 75 years in service.

Through a ridiculous combination of accidents and oversight, I locked myself out of my car right in front of the hospital check-in. My car was running and had my phone, wallet, and mask inside. I was in a huge time crunch and needed help fast (I had driven my boyfriend to the hospital for surgery, they said I had 20 min before he went back). Hearing my situation, Kieth stopped what he was doing to help me get my car unlocked. All in all I think it took 10 min total. I was able to get to my boyfriend before he went into surgery. The price was so reasonable and Kieth was professional and personable. Thanks Oak Ridge Locksmith! You guys saved the day!
