Today i purchased household items worth Rs. 3127/-. At the time of billing, shopkeeper charged me Rs. 38/- extra in the name of using payment through credit card. Total Rs 3165/- i have paid for purchase goods worth Rs. 3127/-. When i asked for the wrongly amount charging by shopkeeper, he said we have to pay 2% for using POS of Axis bank, so he collect charges from his Customers. When i request for not charging extra charges other than bill amount, the shopkeeper said, we have already displayed notice at the entrance that we have not facility of payment through credit card because he has to pay 2% for collecting payment through credit cards. In my opninion, he cheated poor as well as rich customers, this is wrong. Very bad experience from a small super market in Giridih. I personally request his and also advised that the charges of 2% of POS of Axis bank should be paid by All in one only not from the customers. He argued and said no no why he paid the 2% convinience charges to Axis bank. I also said for using my credit card, my bank also charged me 2% which is genunine, as convinence charges already displaced in the website of the respective banks. But here the 4 % charges paid by customers for using credit card in All In Shop Giridih. How our Respected Prime minister's dream of digital india will be successful, as this type of cheating from a reputed All in Shop.
