I am currently at Guntur post office, waiting for updating my photograph of Aadhar. The process is well managed but it does take lot of time as they look for requisite details to the extent required and possible. This is what India post can assure when no other mechanism is available. Old is gold. I am giving only 4 out of 5 at this moment as I see some inefficiencies. It could be due to the education or training they need or need to provide to citizens.
