This is one of the most corrupt govt office. I saw a poor man being robbed of Rs.500 just to pay his road tax through online payment facilitated by the laptop bearing persons sitting under the umbrellas opposite the office. The poor man had also produced his ATM card but the person denied accepting payment because it was a Maestro card. How are these kind of activities happening under the eyes of the DTO?

Stuffs are not at all cooperative .. keep on telling to meet someone else... Without bribe don't do their jobs.. I have been visiting more than 5 times for driving license but no one seems to cooperate
