I had things done through a person who works there (dalali) and there's no other choice because direct route does not work there. The whole system is meant for the middle man to earn a few hundreds, doesn't matter that they are doing a govt job.nNormally, converting old license to a smart one requires a single day's visit but the dalal asked me to send him my license a week early (what am i supposed to drive till then?) and then visit one day to get the biometrics done. I have no other choice either.

Worst Experience for me.. I think the most corrupted place of Assam. All are corrupted.

kamrup rural is best place, very good temple's and people are so many helpful.

It's district transport office of kamrup district where motor vehicle related official works done here
