For a standard hotel this place was great and met my expectations. The price and location can not be beat. It included breakfast for my family which was better then the average complimentary breakfast—not great but satisfactory especially for the price and it saved us time and money. The rooms were quite and the beds were comfortable. The pillows however were small about the size of a throw pillow. The shower pressure was low but I’m assuming that is due to water conservation. My kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. We would stay again.

We love staying at Ruby’s. It is at a great location for Bryce Canyon. We came during non-peak season so not a lot was open but Ruby’s has all your needs taken care of. The restaurant was nice. We ordered halibut tacos, steak, coconut shrimp, soup & salad bar...we all loved the shrimp the most. The lettuce at salad bar could be a little more fresh but we still enjoyed everything. Dinner prices are a little high for the quality but it is one of the few places open. We love the big swimming pool, the friendly staff & the cleanliness.

This place was great! We liked it so much we stayed an extra night. Very nice and big pool area. Well equipped gym. Breakfast was amazing. The location super convenient. Great service. Nice store and restaurant in the premises. Very impressed. If I ever come back to the area will definitely stay here again.

Rubys Inn is a classic American hotel. Located so close to the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park, that you can almost see the entrance station down the road. The stay was comfortable, and the staff was responsive. The new, free breakfast buffet was good quality. Some issues arose during my stay, but, Lance, the general manager, made sure that everything was resolved satisfactorily. The lobby and stores are amazing, although the rooms could use some updating before too long. Everything was clean. I would stay there again.

We stayed here back in 2018. We were intending to camp, but when that became impractical, we decided at the last minute to stay at Ruby's Inn. We checked in just as their Restaurant was closing, but we asked the hostess if we could PLEASE be seated, as it's the only food for miles. She graciously let us in and all the staff was really nice despite our late arrival. They took down the buffet shortly after we arrived, which was understandable, but the food we did get was all delicious.nThey had no issues with our med sized dog. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds very comfortable.nAlso the price was surprisingly reasonable for the amenities they have. We would've liked to have gotten to use the beautiful pool, but it was late and we were all too tired. We wished our itinerary would've allowed us stay an extra day or three.nI would 100% stay here again if I ever make it back!
