DLJA3892nn2nd April, 2021nnThis is my booking id in OYO. The rooms they have displayed on OYO and the rooms they have are totally a joke.nnI paid the booking amount in advance and when I went to the property the manager was apolegetic about the mismatch wanted to refund.nnBut OYO the big brother refuses to refund the booking which was done by fraud.nnI travelled all the way from Assam with only great trust in OYO. I will be afraid of advance booking in OYO if I ever have to.nnLost trust in OYO.nnLots of reviews and emails to follow across many platforms till i am compensated for the harassment and breach of trust.

Different from what expected. Don't book via OYO. Visit first and then decide. Pictures in OYO are quite misleading. Bedsheets and towels are not clean.

Location is perfect.nRoom service was ok.nWalking distance to Sector-17 bus stand.nPoor service, Rooms were not clean.nNo soft drinks available . In short menu is of no use as they do not serve things mentioned in their menu. No heaters in the room . The price is also high if we compare to the quality offered. Worst experience.nBad don't go there and never look there pictures they are fake poor condition of room ,room furniture and bad sheet is dirty and bloody.nOwner was rude. I saw him arguing rudely with the couple who lost their room keys.nNot a good hotel,basic amenities are not available in room like,jet of toilet ,ac leakage and drops were coming on face while sleeping,no dustbin in room, towels dirty,door locks not working properly.

I stay at hotel It is Very comfortable and many facilities and services are available Like wifi , hot water, blower, Bathtub and 24 hours room service food quality so delicious
