The weather in Bangalore is really cozy, no wonder their customer care department is asleep! A telemarketer from the above mentioned company called us one day and offered a sweet deal for our property,by asking us to simply upgrade to a premium account. And then I started to wait. Wait for the prospects like my long lost lover. Nothing happened! I called the customer care, and surprise surprise, no one wants to pick up the phone! They even have a whatsapp number, which is non responsive. The above mentioned company should seriously look into the matter and solve the issues before their name is permanently vaporised by the desperate property owners, from the face of this green earth. Oh, and about that 1299 rupees that I donated for my premium account, you can buy yourselves some hot samosas for the cold weather,but above all, please buy an alarm clock for the customer care service department. Worst people, won't give any service when needed, but when you say them you don't need, they keep on calling you and keep on disturbing you, no matter how many times you repeat them same thing

Absolute disaster ! Made payment, the add is still not updated to premium. No response on emails and neither they pick up the call on their toll free!

When posted in free service, commonfloor sends messages to pay for it, so that they will send the contacts details of who are looking for similar properties...once paid then NO RESPONSE

Pathetic customer support. Their email replies to customers is very generic, they didn't understand the concern. Their customer care number is not working at all.
