Although everything else was decent with regards to our stay in this property, I'm giving a rating of 1 due to RUDENESS of front desk staff. He really needs to be trained on how to manage, talk and attract customers; mainly on how not to offend customers. This property is all about money. They are extremely commercial and demand for extra money for every single thing. Request to extend our stay by just a couple of hours (as our flight was delayed) was rudely turned down and the property demanded extra money for it although there were a plenty of rooms available. Pathetic hospitality. Wouldn't want to visit it ever again. The front desk staff represent gujrat and their people as a whole for tourists. So , I strongly recommend the property to carefully choose whom they want to use to deal at front desk.

Great place with unique interior. The restaurant serves traditional gujarati delicacy on rooftop under beautiful dim lights & soothing Ambiance. You may need prior reservations during peak hours and holidays, it's open to walk in guests. Well the taste of food could have been better. Overall a great experience.
