Why is there so much confusion with your billing and room services?? Why i was charged 4k bucks extra?? If I would not have checked the bill properly, i would have ended up paying extra. Why this utter incompetence from a 5 star property??nni asked for in room menu and pen and writing pad but even after calling 3 times they didn't send it!! Is this the service you are proud of?? I asked three times to remove extra bed but it wasn't done ! yesterday ordered food at night and got the food after 1and half hour.
