1. I called them 4 times to confirm my booking .. always my call was on holdn2. Requested cake for my birthday they promised yes but they never turned upn3. Guy at reception came to me sir seeing your doc I came to know it’s your birthday I am arranging surprise for you. I believe staff of Pullman enjoyed that surprisen4. Empty refrigeratorn5. No bathrobe no slippersn6. Leaking tap which even after completion didn’t resolvedn7. I ordered 2 times same dish but they never turned up serving son8. Only promptness I found was a call which came 5 mins before sir when are you checking out.nnThis is a nice property run by useless staff which have zero experience of hospitality and services. Only thing they were interested in sir please deposit money first so that you can have room services per handed.. sir when you will leave.nnI will never suggest to go for this hotel

Me and my friends have stayed in this property few months back, but I don't know why I'm receiving calls from a guy who seems like a call centre guy from that hotel offering free membership. After receiving the call it seems like I have stayed in a call centre not in the hotel, that somebody is calling me again and again when I was in middle of something important just to accept their free membership call centre type promotional callsud83dudc4eud83cudffb. ..nI was not at all accepting this from a 5star hotel in delhi.nnFor tourists...Please don't give your email or contact no. Or any type of detail, when you go this property otherwise their call centre guys will call you again and again..

I had the best experience here. There is hardly anything that you will not love here. Everything is so good. The ambience, environment, lighting, decorum, hospitality, rooms, food and infrastructure. The staff is super duper friendly and supportive. I will definitely choose this again for a stay. Thanks Pullman and all the staff. It was a pleasure staying here.

I would rate my experience with the hotel as very poor. When the most basic of things is not being done right, like call for room service not being answered and taking a lot of time to deliver the toiletries, there is lot to improve as a hotel. I have had much better experience in other hotels. I will now have to think twice to stay at Pullman again.

Excellent experience! Value for money!nThe breakfast spread was fab!nThe options for drinks was good too.nThe people were helpful.nSlightly more pricey than the other options nearby but I felt like it was totally worth it!nWould love to go back.
