Kheerganga Trek

It is a memorable experience. It was my first time going on this long trek. The trail is around 13 km. It took us around 5hrs. I would advise people to start before 12 noon as we started at 1pm and 2hrs into the trek we panicked when asking people how much more time it would take to reach camp site. The last part of trail is a bit steep and damp and would demand more energy from your already exhausted body.nnWe safely reached by 6PM but missed sun set and the weather was already cold. It's freezing cold during night and bringing thermals would be a good idea. It was so tiring for me I fell asleep after dinner.nnWe got up around 7am and relaxed at hot springs. It wasn't too crowded and we had the part of the pool for ourselves.nnWe had breakfast at camp site and started our return journey at 9:30am and reached the dam by 3pm.nnI enjoyed the trek but would think twice before saying yes next time ud83dude42.

It isn't a trek that anyone can climb. It's well said that difficult roads often lead to beautiful destination and this place realy does. There are no roads or passage in this trek you own have to make your way through bushes, snow and trees. You don't know where you can slip into the valley and can never be found. I recommend every travel enthusiast to visit this place once in life.

Its not met the expectations and it is more commercialized and foods are more costly and food is not even enough . The journey towards the peak is good and walking in ice is hard for the peoples who are doing for the first time. Proper shoe and stick or poles are must . Lot of stay options are available on the top and the packages are available. It is cost around 800 per person for dinner,bf and stay with limited foods. If we are going with package they also asking 800 and you will get the enough food but options are comparatively less in this. Choose the right option for stay else night will be more cold . Taking bath in the top in that climate is nice but it can be maintained more.

My first ever trek in India .... I don't even have words to explain how amazing it was. Its a 15 km trek one way but its worth while no regrets. The waterfalls, the scenery, the weather just WOW.

Keerganaga trek was awesome experience of my life. Ever nature lover should try it once in their lifetime. I strongly advice you guys to experience the thrill of it once. You won't regret it.
