Barberini

Barberini station is currently closed (9/12/2019). This closing is not updated in Google maps. Do not plan on using this station for several months. Check the Rome Metro site for updates about the Barberini station.

Its ridiculous the train station does not accept credit card, and can only accept 6 euro cash. I strongly recommend carrying many coins for buying tickets where necessary. There is also no Currency note to coin changes and the station counter wont entertain you with coins changing. However, they do have 48 and 72 hr tickets which are totally worth the price.

Yet another crowded, dirty Rome metro station. But... if you're lucky you'll get to ride one of the nice, new, clean cars!
