Rented a car with Budget. Agreed to return it by 8pm on Friday (within opening hours). Showed up at 7pm to a closed office, with a piece of paper stuck on the door that they'd now close at 5pm and are also closed on Saturdays (!!). So left the car in a spot that needs payment. Good luck to them.

Very bad attitude at the front desk to try to scare you with accidents forecasts to sell additional assurance saying that just a small scratch will cost hundreds of euros. It's a very aggressive and impolite marketing approach that doesn't violate any law, but is high regrettable. Then, when you get the car, you obviously check for existing damages, but the personnel deride you and to have the signature on the check document you have to ask to them otherwise you get a paper not signed and totally not useful in case of a dispute. Very bad experience! The car instead was ok. I wouldn't suggest at all this company and I'm sorry that working with tourist they give a bad image of the whole country
