We had a lovely stay. The rooms were very nice, the restaurant absolutely great. The pool is lovely and the whole area is very quiet and great for relaxing. They also offer lunch by the pool and the food there was also great

Phenomenal stay here! We stayed for 2 nights and the staff was absolutely lovely, the views are stunning, the pool is fantastic and the beds are the comfiest beds I've slept in so far in Italy! The rooms were also spacious and so clean! I'm looking forward to staying here again!

This was our first time staying at an old European lodge; we usually stay in timeshares with Marriott. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay through Edible Destinations. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Every single staff person spoke English and were more than accommodating. The wine tastings, cooking classes and restaurant were awesome. Chef Christiano ensured one of our friends had dairy free foods since she is lactose intolerant. We loved every aspect of our week long visit and would definitely come back here.

This hotel is excellent. It is in an excellent location in Tuscany, with truly fantastic views of the surrounding landscape and hills. In the evening, there is a magnificent view of the sun setting slowly behind the hills. The hotel itself is housed in an 18th-century building and is hugely authentic with lots of character. There is plenty of parking, and the WiFi is very good. All the staff at the hotel spoke English and were extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast buffet was a continental breakfast, with an excellent range of meats, cheese, bread, cakes, and more. The pool area had plenty of deckchairs, sunbeds, and parasols. The room was furnished well; it was perhaps slightly dated, but still perfectly good with no issues. The room also had air conditioning, which was perfectly capable of cooling the room down for the night. The hotel staff very kindly allowed us to use their washing machine (for free!) to wash our clothes. Only (perhaps major) drawback was that each room appeared to use an identical key (at least the two rooms we had did), which is obviously a significant & glaring security risk. Otherwise, it was excellent.
