Rude and incompetent staff, Packages go missing. Once when I was withdrawing money from MoneyGram through their post office, the lady working there insisted that my Codice fiscale is wrong and doesn’t work (after I used it everywhere for 2 years). I never bothered to write a negative review over rude employees however a more serious issue is that they lose or intentionally don’t send parcels. I run an Etsy Store and this is the second time a package I send from this office does not arrive with the client, and on the website the status is product not available.

I wanted to out 0 stars if it was possible. They are so lazy, minimum time of waiting is 40 minutes to do even a simple task. Worst place ever

low efficiency, especially one of the spending staffs, absence from desk, keep customers waiting long time
