San Vincenzo train station is situated on the railway line between Roma Termini and Pisa Centrale. It has just been totally renewed some months ago. It is served by Regional trains of Trenitalia going to Pisa Centrale and Firenze S.M.N. from platform 1 (northbound, unless diverted for technician reasons to a different one and announced previously by speakers) and to Grosseto and Roma Termini leaving from platform 2 (southbound, unless different announcements). Plus there are some trains going to Piombino Marittima (from platform 2) which is the gate to Elba isle at the homonym ferry port. At the entrance of station there is a café open from 6am to 7pm and two automatic tickets machines (pay attention that both accept electronic payment but only one cash) plus public toilets (at platform 1 right beside the elevator and it costs 0,50€) and a taxi service just outside the station facility. There is also available a waiting area for the passengers (a little room with just some chairs) inside the building reachable from platform 1. Both platforms have elevators in service from 6 am to 1 am. Have a nice journey!

Great station with English speaking ticket machines... all trains are really cheap compared to ones in the UK... gets you to the two main cities Pisa and Rome.. Pisa costs €7 single each, and Rome is €35 return each.

In the evening it's not too bad, certainly not Rimini. In my opinion, the Garden House Lazzerini furniture factory deserves a visit

Lively village, convenient for beaches suitable for children, pine forest and good accommodation facilities.
