I ordered at 8:50 pm via Uber with an expected arrival within 30 to 40 minutes. It is now 11 pm and they have not answered the phone for over an hour and we do not know what happened to the order. It seems absurd to me that they disappeared leaving us without dinner this evening and without the possibility of being able to order anything else. A truly ridiculous service, I absolutely expect a refund and hopefully an apology.

Terrible, I ordered through Uber at 19:35, The application warned of a timely average 30/40 minutes, I call him at 20:20 and the bellboy was leaving the restaurant at that time, the restaurant is 4.8 km from my home (google maps indicated a journey time of exactly 10 min) The order is delivered to me at 9:07 pm - more than 1 hour for french fries, croissants (1.5 € per piece for a frozen product) chicken wings .. . Aime, I strongly advise against !!
