The sandwich, the piadina and all the condiments are good. I'm sorry to say but I'm not very organized. I go there with friends and wait at the tables for over an hour for our sandwiches. In the meantime we note who enters after us come out with sandwiches. You are justified by saying that they had already booked before but unfortunately it was not so, because we saw them order on the spot. Then finally after more than an hour the sandwiches start to arrive, but in a very slow way, so much so that the last of our 10 arrives after everyone has finished eating. The thing had happened already other times, we preferred to ignore the thing and believe it can happen, but I think it will not be another time again. The next time we book first or take them takeout and see if we will be served on time. An advice: get organized better, why lose customers for this?
