This place has points to reevaluate and others do not. Very formal canteen / modernized location. I ate fairly well, but not very well. The appetizers were good also well presented apart from the octopus salad, in my opinion, it was not of good quality (bitter) !! Let's move on to the first two that reach sufficiency (the pasta with the black was tasteless) !!! Positive notes the very kind staff also offered us an aperitif and fries. the price, for what we ate, very good. The dessert was very good but the quantity was little just two bites !!!

We found ourselves going out on a Friday night from the central cinema hungry and "eager" for something different, lost, going towards the car we notice a sign on the new Via Etna, never seen before. We go in and ask what it is, having read "gastronomic fishmonger" they explain that they have been open for a month and that it is a place where you can, buy fish and cook it at home, order cooked fish for a dinner with friends , or sit and consume it there in the hall! Unexpected and surprising, take two steps inwards, you are in a restaurant! Cloth tablecloth, glass glasses, fine plates and cutlery, with a service that lives up to appearances. Christian, the young owner of the restaurant tells us his story; Growing up as a "giuvine" at the fish market in Catania, he lived fish as an integral part of his days as a child and cultivated this dream. His passion is found in the kitchen, a roundup of raw fish with filleted fish at the moment, salmon, swordfish, sea bream, some oysters to promote the activity accompanied by an excellent wine! Full of taste, we lower the white flag but he offers us a single dish, balanced with assorted swordfish parmesan, couscous, a entrancing caponata in sweet and sour sauce, octopus and prawns in batter ... Delirium ... Christian but where were you until today? Finally a restaurant where you can eat fish in a modern key but of undisputed quality and quantity! Enough with the fixed menus, finally a different proposal! For me, top! A few small negative notes that are eclipsed in front of the undisputed quality of the product and a process made by very expert hands!

It 's not obvious to find a local fish where you feel the freshness of the product. I love the concept of food in its entirety, quality and flavor I found them in the dishes, the waitress who served us was kind and caring, if you forget something who cares! Angela was also nice and made us feel at home. We were two and we had divinely lunch. We will definitely be back with friends for dinner! Good start for you, keep it up. I absolutely recommend it!
