The person who sold the ticket to me was really professional, kind and helpful. He also spoke really good english. Please give this guy a promotion or raise he was a legend. I went in about 11am on Friday and the guy who helped me had a beard

Ridiculous! Toilets indicated, crossing the whole train station - just to find them under construction. What's so difficult in indicating constructions right away? WiFi? Yes, there's a sign, proudly announcing the WiFi station - but that's it, no signal to be found, mouthfuls of nothing! Poor first impression for a city trying to attract tourism...
