Simplicity and raw materials are often what makes the difference in the quality of a restaurant. A-mar-cord is a place that makes these two things its strong point and you immediately notice how the use of slate instead of ceramic plates is done to highlight the food prepared in an essential and impeccable way . Raw fish dishes are excellent and even simple bruschetta or typical panelle are a guarantee. The second courses include swordfish in a hazelnut crust and pistachio prawns. Good choice of Sicilian wines that the very kind waiters will be able to advise you.

We stayed here one evening for dinner and everything was perfect. The dishes were all excellent, the pasta with pistachio pesto and delicate shrimp, tuna alla lampedusana according to my wife and the prawns breaded with pistachio were a goodness! The service is also excellent: waiters and I think the owner is very kind. Prices in the average of Lampedusa so I recommend it to everyone, I recommend you book otherwise you can not easily find a place
