The philosophy of eating well and spending little is fine, but usually the two things don't go well together. In fact we sat down attracted by the announcement of the dish of the evening: the famous Lampedusano fish cous cous, which however at 20:45 alas they told us that it was already finished ... well ... Maybe let's make it a few more portions if it is advertise as a dish of the evening! Disrupted our plans, we waited for water and menus for at least half an hour. Ordered a pasta and a fish. In Lampedusa there is certainly better. Enjoyed the discount they gave us when paying the bill, as we didn't eat and left.

The best restaurant in Lampedusa !! We came here every night .. Yummy spaghetti, fresh fish and exceptional service thanks to Caterina and her volcanic character! We haven't found a better place .. And we can't wait to go back ❤️

Saturday evening in August, we were two people and we hadn't booked. We asked if they had a table but by 8.30pm it was full so they asked us if we wanted to book for the second shift at 10pm. They wrote down our mobile number and as soon as a table became available, they notified us. In my opinion, they were very kind. Prices are on average with other places and the food is really good. We ordered the caponata and fried fish meatballs as appetizers and then spaghetti with octopus ragout and spaghetti with pistachio pesto, shrimp and chopped pistachios. At the end of dinner they also offered us a cicchetti di amaro. Friendly and professional staff: they are the only ones in the whole island that I have always seen wearing a mask, good!

Highly recommended place: fresh fish and abundant quantity, menu that is written every day and this demonstrates the freshness of the food. Excellent value for money, in 5 we spent 89.50 and ate 1 appetizer divided all, 1 first course each, 1 dessert each, 1/2 of white wine and water. Very kind owner and waitress. I recommend booking at least for lunch for dinner.
