Walking through Via Roma on a late Saturday evening I noticed this very particular fish orangery, and reading the menu we regretted that it was closed as it was late. But the promise was immediately clear, tomorrow I come here for lunch. And the next day it was a riot of flavors. This is because Giuseppe & Co. have been able to mediate the arancina culture with wisdom and manual skill with the best cuisine, typical of this fantastic land. Swordfish, octopus, tuna, aubergines, pistachio, in short to try, cannot be described. The pizza is also delicious, they make one with eight cereals, very digestible. Excellent choice of craft beers. But the beauty will have to come, look for Trattoria Pescheria Azzurra in via Roma, in Lampedusa.

Quality service .. The waiters were able to advise us and served us with great professionalism. With their thoughtfulness and attention to detail they are among the best restaurants in Lampedusa. Excellent food and also in terms of image deserves a positive note. Finally, they also offered us a very good homemade digestive. Only regret was not having assagiayobke arancine with fish but I will do it next time for sure .. Passed with full marks congratulations .. 😁

I admit that we arrived late, like 10 pm and the choice was limited (then 10 in Lampedusa shouldn't be late ..); half of the types of arancini, the more alternative ones were finished .. I also admit the frying was excellent, the breading and the crispy rice as you will not find it in any oven or rotisserie and the choice of original fillings like in no other place on the island ... The fact is that we were unable to perceive the difference between one condiment and the other among those we were able to taste (4 in all) Had I been anywhere, I would have sworn that the filling was made from restaurant leftovers. To try, we were probably unlucky.
