Love marzamemi, have followed the waiter reccomendation, they served a tuna matriciana with very fresh tuna. Wine was OK but not excellent.

I'm Sicilian and have travelled a lot in my life, trying lots of differnt of different restaurants all throughout countries. Colapesce was quite a surprise for me: fresh food, perfectly cooked and abundantly! Definitely the best in town !

In the pedestrian area of ​​Via V. Emanuele there is the large outdoor area of ​​the restaurant. The staff is young and the service is fast. The wine list presents a range of very valid Sicilian companies. Among the dishes we tasted we found very particular the "Caponata di Pesce Spada" and the superlative "Tagliata di Tuna Rosso" which was perfectly cooked; on the palate the tuna meat melted, but found a very thin crunchy part in the outer edge that enhanced the taste experience. The presentation of the dishes is generally refined and well cared for.
