I've been considering writing this review for a long time, but I'm still annoyed by the way the seller went on our last visit. My husband and I are in our late twenties and have been going on vacation to South Tyrol for years and we always pay a visit to the winery and buy the wine in the local wine shop. But this time I was really angry. In front of us was an elderly couple who apparently showed that they had enough change in their wallets to buy wine. When it was our turn, we weren't treated nearly as nicely as the couple before. When I asked whether they have the "Sias" and "Roat" wines in their repertoire, the seller replied succinctly that they have specialized in higher quality products. I would have come to terms with this explanation, but he went one step further in our direction: We no longer want these customers who are satisfied with these products. Usually I'm quick-witted enough, but at that moment I was just speechless about so much arrogance. I buy the wine that I like and I don't care whether the bottle costs 5 or 25 euros. Over the past few years I've left a lot of money in the winery as we stocked up for home. But after this visit, the winery lost us as customers. As a young couple, we were labeled as unqualified customers. I was very disappointed by this visit and I hope that this post will stimulate thought and also think of customers who may have a little less in their wallets but can still be good customers.

Cellar with more than a good location, with a large lounge and parking. Little staff and little customer support. Scarce offer of the type of wines, limited to paper presentation. Lack of service for purchase and transport.
