With regret I formulate this review, considering that several times I have visited the structure and tasted with pleasure the different dishes on the restaurant menu. Unfortunately the banquet for about 30 people ordered by me was a very bad copy of the dishes previously tasted from the menu. It was almost 13.30 and the table for the welcome cocktail was not ready, so my husband, in order to speed up the times, together with a waiter, raised a table to place it outside, which was set with some small napkins, glasses full of melted ice and a bucket for the bottle, to which I asked: “the canapes?”, the waiter replied: “what canapes! there aren't any ", so he began serving prosecco. I thought it replaced those glasses full of melted ice water, but with great nonchalance the same used the bucket to empty the glasses and then serve prosecco to the incredulous guests. After the guests have entered, crisps and snacks (not ordered) appear, always placed outside where there was no one left. Of the different types of canapés ordered, which the same management had reassured me about the quantity and multiplicity, there was no trace, other than just a dish served inside and moreover with great confusion and completely insufficient for the guests. Moreover, despite their forgetfulness and my solicitation, a waitress came to me to reassure me saying: "seen Madam we made the canapes". Maybe she wanted me to thank her. Among the appetizers ordered to be served at the table, mackerel and sardines had many bones. The first, only the golden ravioli stuffed with ricotta with shrimp on top, were the same as those eaten in restaurants even if they were served up with disorder, while the spaghettoni with scampi were a simple dry pasta with raw scampi on top but lacking the seasoning of the scampi cooked with their comic (perhaps there was no time to cook them or even this forgotten). The second, the red snapper in cooking oil, was dry and stringy without its cooking oil, practically almost inedible, despite the recommendations and the higher price paid compared to the farmed grouper originally put on the menu. Let's not talk about the four intolerances communicated, three celiacs and one allergic to lactose, on which he was meticulously asked not to discriminate in serving the dishes and on which the cook himself, in agreeing the menu, had given his reassurance to also make tortelli for related intolerances. Nothing as promised, the three celiacs received the common packaged half penne, while the lactose allergic subject arrived, only after we had all finished eating, a plate of simple shrimp busiate. I went to ask the cook for clarification and he invites me not to eat the busiate which he knew nothing about and who was cooking the tortelli without the ricotta filling. Finally, the potato pie with mozzarella heart accompanied with fish was served for celiacs without mozzarella and totally missing from the plate for the lactose intolerant. For the only child on whom a first course with sauce and a hamburger with potatoes was ordered (price € 30.00), it was another torture, as the first arrived at around 2.30 pm while the hamburger was all traces are lost. Do not imagine the cries of the hungry and nervous baby. To conclude, a beautiful location, perhaps my mistake was in trusting too much, the kitchen is not able to serve banquets, service and organization to forget. Price paid in full with a discount on the total expense of € 85.00, despite the shortcomings and disorganization. Sin!!! It didn't take much to make the lunch pleasant and without any bitterness.
