I had an amazing lunch there. The burrata with egg sauce was the best thing I ever ate. And their own winery makes delicious wine.
I love this hotel, it's so authentic, so simple and beautiful inside. The rooms are finished in a traditional way, you feel so cosy there. The owner woman serves you at the breakfast herself. She is so welcoming and nice, always talking to guests. The hotel is in the heart of the old Castellina in Chianti, they have parking and swimming pool, as well as their own restaurant (which is really nice) and terrace with a beautiful view. Recommend!
Nice view and food but they forgot our order and kept us waiting till we asked where our food was and only then did they start cooking. No apology or offer of a glass or wine or something left a sour taste in my mouth
Nice atmospere. good wine list. great place
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the reception staff went out of their way to assist. There were amazing views over the hills from the terrace and pool. This was a highlight of our trip.
