The portions of fries are scarce (and perhaps heated?) And the pizza is not very digestible probably due to the poor raw materials, but it is clear that you use the service for convenience and you cannot expect moderate prices, who knows what products. The sore point, however, is the lack of punctuality (and not for 10 minutes). I asked if they could come from 9pm (it didn't matter how much later, but it wasn't sooner due to personal commitments). They could say no, I would have understood. Instead they say that they can't even before 21.10, that's okay and then they show up at 20.25, the time when those who should have consumed the pizzas were not at home. And it wasn't a comprehension problem on the phone as it was asked and requested (including feedback). Some time ago it happened that they were delayed by 1 hour. They certainly work a lot due to the lack of competition in the area, but quality, organization and seriousness are another thing. Above all, poor education: everyone working can make mistakes, but at least an apology is a must.
