The owner warmly welcomes you and it takes a second to feel at home ... everything is good especially the pasta ... I stop very much in Canicattì precisely because "foretaste" every time the lunch at Enosteria Veritas ... placed between the other things very elegant and refined ... that doesn't hurt.

We ate two appetizers for lunch one very tasty vegetarian and one with some sausages and cheeses but with little variety. The sausage was also fresh and the paccheri with porcini mushrooms good. The owner is very helpful and careful that we were well. We do not understand why in advising us where to go he did not want us to go to Naro very pretty ancient village.
