Siamo scappati... abbiamo suonato il campanello perché la porta era pesante e pensavamo fosse chiusa. Il cameriere molto scortesemente ha urlato: "non vedete che c'è scritto di spingere? Mi fate perdere solo tempo" .... bella accoglienza per dei turisti... complimenti!

From a complaint to both the NAS and the Guardia di Finanza: Ordered mixed appetizer with mushrooms, eggplant parmigiana and other typical Sicilian dishes: had with sour rice salad, cous cous, "tumma" mortadella cheese and bad quality spicy salami, as well as caponata without celery, neither capers nor olives. Ordered pasta with sardines with typical recipe insurance: had sedanini with sweet sauce from 1 euro box. Order pappardelle with porcini mushrooms: obtained with cheap mushrooms for sale in front of them for 2 euros per kg. Dishes left full: no interest. Referred to the waiter: no interest. Referred to the "chef" at the checkout: if you don't like our kitchen, that's not my thing. Finally, electronic invoices are requested: yet the "chef" said that they are on a flat rate basis, so they are exempted. Strange indeed that a restaurant of about 200 kg all decorated for ceremonies invoices so little as to be included in the tax breaks of the flat-rate scheme. Someone will have to intervene.
