Fantastic food. Highly recommend ordering a salad which is served in a “pizza bread” bowl! A must visit in Noto.

As a pizza lover and after trying different types of dough I think I have found what is right for me: high edge, thin base and quality ingredients. Excellent digestibility. I recommend the fried pizzas as an appetizer (very light frying). Possibility to also taste excellent craft beers. Impeccable service. Suggestive location (very central position).

In a quiet corner of the center, a small, discreet and pleasant piece of paradise opens up. The premise is essential with a due specification: GO THERE AND FOLLOW IT IF YOU ARE TRUE PIZZA CULTORS !!!! From the dough to the raw materials, you first notice to the nose and then to the palate that you are dealing with something rare. The pizzas are just great. A further note goes to the helpfulness of the staff and to the extreme correctness (eg the staff who warn you that the beer you just ordered is not cold enough). It's the little details that put together make this place UNIQUE. To go back just to try the rest of the menu!

The quality of the pasta is very high, the ingredients are excellent. Excellent appetizers, desserts and craft beers. Highly recommended!
