I just visited this restaurant with my family. Best food we have had in sicily all week. Food is fabulous the owner and his wife very nice and friendly. Strongest recommendation I can make to any Maltese looking for genuine and authentic Sicilian food. Would have given 10 over 5 if that was possible. Complimenti Andrea

At Parra and Sparra, it's all a taste experience, full of tradition with that pinch of innovation that never hurts! Andrea, the owner, is a perfect host with a jester's soul ... he transports you to his world of flavors and colors without you being able to resist. Her stuffed peppers are something beyond "human understanding" !! In Palagonia there is only the "Parra e Sparra" 5 stars!!!
